Manage Service Outage Messages

In the event of a specific service is unavailable or scheduled for downtime, it is possible to inform the users of the banking services applications about the same with the help of the Service Outage Message. A user with Admin or a similar role can schedule outage messages on banking services downtime. The user can select a service and decide the time/duration of the outage message. Not more than two outage messages can be scheduled for the same duration. In case a Service Outage Message is Active and enabled from the associated service, the online banking application users will see this message on their dashboard screens on login.

You can sort the list based on Name, Start Date or End Date by using the sorticon (denotes sorted by that column). You can customize the list view by using the filter icon shown against the Application Name and Status columns.
